Meditation means become silent, stop thinking, stop communicating with you. Just take rest.
"When you are not doing anything the energy moves towards the center, it settles down towards the center. When you are doing something the energy moves out. Doing is a way of moving out. Non-doing is ways of moving in. We always like to engage. Mind doing nonstop work. Continuous thinking processes happen in the mind. This is the reason our mind feel tired. Nonstop creation of thoughts making us full tired and energy moves out.
The goal of meditation is to remain unoccupied, remain free from chaos and using the abundant energy in proper way.
