We are always
talking about meditation. When we feel tired, when we are not happy in life,
when we are surrounding by so much stress, and when we are not in peace. But we
don't know how to start it.

It is very difficult to do meditation because we are not aware of it,
"When people thinking about meditation, first thing coming in their mind, 'How
to meditate?' I always tell them, 'There is no need to ask how to meditate, It
is not a very big process, you just have to do the practice of remain calm, and
ask remain unoccupied. Meditation happens spontaneously. Just do the practice
of remain unoccupied, that's all. That's the whole trick of meditation – how to
remain unoccupied. This is the only way to do meditation. Meditation means
become silent, stop thinking, stop communicating with you. Just take rest.
"When you are not doing anything the energy moves towards the
center, it settles down towards the center. When you are doing something the
energy moves out. Doing is a way of moving out. Non-doing is ways of moving in.
We always like to engage. Mind doing nonstop work. Continuous thinking processes
happen in the mind. This is the reason our mind feel tired. Nonstop creation of
thoughts making us full tired and energy moves out.
The goal of
meditation is to remain unoccupied, remain free from chaos and using the
abundant energy in proper way.
